1. Who will be cleaning my home?
- A regularly assigned team of trained Vic's Cleaning Services will clean your home. All employees are uniformed, insured, and bonded. Our Cleaning Professionals will not eat, drink, smoke or use any appliances while inside your home.

2. How will our relationship work?
- We know we must earn your trust and approval each time we visit your home. That is why Vic's Cleaning Services does not ask you to sign a contract. We depend on open communication and your honest evaluation of our service. We appreciate when you let us know how we can serve you better.

3. What time will Vic's Cleaning Services be at my home?
- Our normal workdays are Monday through Friday teem 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. While in most cases it is not possible to give a specific time we will arrive, we will make every effort to meet your needs.

4. What do I have to do before the cleaning?
-So the time we spend in your home can be as efficient as possible; we ask that you pick up clothing, toys or other household items.

5. What if something is damaged during the cleaning?
- We treat your home with complete car e and respect. However, should damage or breakage occur while we are cleaning, Vic's Cleaning Services will make every effort to repair or if necessary, replace the item. When appropriate, insurance claims will be tiled.

6. Am I liable for worker's compensation, insurance or employment taxes?
- Many homeowners are not aware of their personal liability regarding work related injury and social security taxes for independent home-service workers. No need to worry, Vic's Cleaning Services takes care of all this for you.

7. Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
- No. Vic's Cleaning Services brings all the equipment and normal cleaning supplies.

8. Do I need to be home when Vic's Cleaning Services comes?
- Most of our customers are not home when we clean. Only the Professionals who will be cleaning your home will have access to your home. To insure added security, all house keys are individually coded and cross-referenced. If you choose not to provide a key and we are unable to access your home for a scheduled cleaning, you may incur a lockout charge.

9. What about holidays or changing a scheduled cleaning visit?
- If your scheduled cleaning falls on a major holiday, we will con-tact you to reschedule your service. It you need to change a scheduled cleaning visit we appreciate a 72-hour notice. When short notice is given, we may need to charge a fee if the team cannot be reassigned.

10.How do I pay for the service?
- Most customers tied it convenient to simply leave a check in the home, made payable to Vic's Cleaning Services. Payment is made on the day of each cleaning visit.
